Nicole's Divine Crackers - Our Story Nicole's Bake Shop.

In 1984, Nicole's Bake Shop was born, on the North Side of Chicago, in a
tiny place just big enough to hold the oven. The stone mill also came along.
That is how the whole trend started with stone ground grain breads.

I am still grinding the grains, but with a much larger mill and in a much larger place. Beautiful and big and plenty of space for everyone to breath and move in comfort. I have had the pleasure of being asked to create many wonderful things for top hotels and many fine restaurants.

A long the way, there were wonderful individual quiches sold to Dominick's,
Whole Foods, Treasure Island and many fine food shops. At the end of
all creative endeavors there lies another dream, another idea, and so the
"Divine Cracker" was born, and this is only the beginning.
